Create wallpaper and backgrounds
If your design department is feeling left out with all the outsourcing then you can get them back on the case with branded iPhone, iPad and computer wallpapers, featuring artwork from your app plus it’s slogan and web address. They can also make a stylish custom background for your Twitter page and a cool icon for your Facebook page while they’re at it!
Promo items (t-shirts, mugs etc)
Not very digital, but why not? Particularly if you have a defined, cheap-to-reach target market (and especially if you created a short, easy to remember web address for your app which you can put on your creations).
Just get your artwork made up and Google for ‘branded merchandise provider’ to find an appropriate supplier and you’ll be off and running.
