I wrote and published ‘The App Outsourcing Guide for iPhone & iPad’ in late 2010.
My goal was to share everything I learned going from someone who’d never published an app, to being thrown in the deep end and launching an iPhone App which later went to #1 in the Lifestyle category in it’s home App Store (the United Arab Emirates).
Although a lot has happened in the world of apps since the the book was first published, I believe the main principles in the book on how to structure the project, how to think about creating apps and how to outsource and manage the project will still offer a lot of value.
